Sushma started her physiotherapy journey in 2019. Ever since, she has loved helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life more comfortably. Sushma is a Registered Physiotherapist who has worked with patients of all ages and in a range of areas, including physiotherapy, vestibular physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy (Levels 1, 2, and 3). She enjoys handling everything from balance and dizziness issues to neurological challenges, developmental concerns, and pelvic health needs.

Sushma believes physiotherapy isn’t just about exercises or treatments—it’s about really understanding each person’s story and goals. She takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and create a plan that fits each patient’s life. Seeing someone regain confidence in their movement and independence is what she loves the most about her work.

Emily graduated from Western University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (Dean’s Honours). She is a registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Following university, Emily worked as a Registered Kinesiologist in both physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics.

Emily has certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), microStretching, athletic taping and soft tissue release therapy.

A keen runner, Emily stretches many competitive athletes and believes strongly in the value of stretching to prevent and recover from injuries.

Dr. Nona (Nina) Nikzad is a registered chiropractor who received her chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Prior to studying at CMCC she obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology from York University. She has always been passionate about being a healthcare provider and practices diversified chiropractic approach in treatment. She strongly believes that caring for the whole person, not just their symptoms is the best way to help patients.
